Service Description

RFH Games is a community based session bringing all members together of all abilities to enjoy a mix of team strength and conditioning. The workouts will run from 8:30-10:30, with the option of a sauna and cold water dip after! The best thing? The session is FREE and will not contribute out of your booking tokens.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a session you must remove yourself before 8 hours of the session starting on any AM session (latest 10pm the evening before). You must also cancel any PM session at least 2 hours before the session starts.
