Service Description

Hybrid is a mixed modal between strength work & metabolic conditioning, traditionally this class takes place on a Saturday. Hybrid is one of our most popular sessions due to the variety of movements!

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a session you must remove yourself before 8 hours of the session starting on any AM session (latest 10pm the evening before). You must also cancel any PM session at least 3 hours before the session starts.
