Service Description

Engine is all about building your aerobic endurance, each session will be targeted towards Zone 2 training, keeping your heart rate around 60-70% of your max. The great thing about engine is that it's for everybody, low skill & impact exercise means we can easily adapt the session to your fitness levels.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a session you must remove yourself before 8 hours of the session starting on any AM session (latest 10pm the evening before). You must also cancel any PM session at least 3 hours before the session starts.
