The 2nd November brought the annual RyanFitHub Winter Games. 8 teams going head to head in a variety of functional movements. Each station was testing team work, strength and stamina.
The day was split into 4 events as follows:

The 4 heats were followed by a recovery station. This consisted of a traditional Finnish Sauna and Ice baths to help with recovery. Ice baths are proven to promote faster recovery from sore muscles and to reduce muscle fatigue after exercise. Then the heat from the sauna helped to improve circulation and relax muscles after the event.
