We offer 1-1 personal training with our specialist coaches for those who would like individual coaching, maybe you've got your heart set on a PR, looking to align your nutrition or start off in a more personalised environment.

RyanFitHub Recovery entails deep stretching, enhanced mobility as well as proprioception work & breathing techniques. It's the perfect end to the week to revive fatigued muscle groups. Each session is programming by our in-house rehab therapist to prep you for the training week ahead, book on and & leave your stress at the door.
To add to our umbrella of services we offer sports massage & rehabilitation from our in-house therapist. Josh is currently appointed as Worthing Rugby Club as their sports rehabilitator and has a large client base out of the Hub. If you're carrying an injury, want help post operation or just want to move pain free, he is your guy.
We do offer open gym included with our Gold membership, if you want to work on a skill, drill or simply follow our in-house program alone, you're able to pop in off peak hours between 10:00am-17:30pm.
