1:1 PERSONAL TRAINING 

We offer 1:1 personal training at RyanFitHub as well as the group training membership, this is an excellent service to work through a personalised program with your coach. If you don't feel ready to step into a group environment, we highly recommend working on a 1:1 basis to learn skills and build confidence quickly.

BRONZE  (4 TOKENS)

Our 4 token membership gives you the flexibility to book in our Calendar whenever suits you best. You can spread the sessions throughout the month however you choose! If you'd like to touch up once a week on technique or specifics, this is a great package for you.

SILVER (8 TOKENS)

We advise to split the 8 tokens at 2 sessions per week with a trainer, this can be done via our booking system which gives the client the availability to book whenever works best. 

GOLD (12 TOKENS)

12 tokens is the most premium package we offer, work alongside our specialist coaches in a 1:1 environment, we advise to split the 12 tokens at 3 sessions per week for optimal recovery.
