Build is a strength phase training program,  this does not include METCON. We advise to opt the Perform if you're a experienced lifter and can handle higher volume and training frequency.  Build will enable you to get stronger on a progressive program whilst building lean muscle mass.


Hybrid is our mixed modal, containing strength, hypertrophy & conditioning all in one program. Our aim is develop a well rounded athlete, if the Perform is too advanced then this program has been constructed for those who are fairly new to this type of training or don't want to commit to extra training days.
