Perform Hybrid is for a more advanced lifter, the program consists of more training volume and complex movements. The Hybrid is a mixed modality which targets all energy systems, developing a well rounded athlete.
Perform Build is a strength phase training program, this does not include METCON. We advise to opt the Perform if you're a experienced lifter and can handle higher volume and training frequency. Perform Build will enable you to get stronger on a progressive program whilst building lean muscle mass.
Hybrid is our mixed modal, containing strength, hypertrophy & conditioning all in one program. Our aim is develop a well rounded athlete, if the Perform is too advanced then this program has been constructed for those who are fairly new to this type of training or don't want to commit to extra training days.
Build is a strength phase training program designed for those who want to add mass but don't have to time to train 5/6 days per week, this program does not include METCON. Build will enable you to get stronger on a progressive program whilst building lean muscle mass.
Foundational is our entry level online coaching program, with 2/3x training days per week to master the basic skill set and improve confidence in the gym. This is your perfect stepping stone to our other coaching programs, don't feel like you need to be an advanced athlete to join us. We'll meet you where you're currently at and guide you to a healthier, stronger, happier version of yourself.
