1 COMMUNITY

FOUNDATIONAL
 

Workouts will be scaled down to fitness ability, foundational level will be regressed variations of the exercise with a prescribed decrease in weight and reps.

 

TRANSITIONAL
 

Load, reps and complexity are scaled to keep round pacing similar to an RX athlete. Transitional should be progressing yourself passed foundational into more complex movements. 

 

RX
 

The athlete should perform all modalities to prescribed weight and reps. This should be challenging yet doable for the top athletes.

S T R E N G T H

If your main goal is to get stronger then strength class will be for you, combining compound exercises with illateral isolation movements to make for a bulletbroof physique. Strength classes will consist of detailed demonstrations conducting perfect form, each of our members will be provided a prescribed load in relation to their fitness ability.

M O B I L I T Y

The most overlooked of the three, taking muscles and joints through full range of motion will not only reduce our risk of injury but allow us to perform movements better with greater range of motion. Mobility drills will also be incorporated into the beginning of each session.

We will also be running flexibility classes such as yoga and animal flow.

Nobody wants to look like a ferrari but perform like push bike, our metabolic classes ensure that we're moving well and inviting stimulus for our heart and lungs. This class will be centred around burning as many calories as we can, sessions will also be scaled to ability.

'PERSONAL PACKAGE'

Once you sign up with us, every member will receive a personal package, this is 2 hours in total over the course of a month devoted to getting you ready to begin your fitness journey with us.

1. Personal Profile - We will build your personal profile with us once you join, this will include goal setting, as well as getting to know more about yourself such as health implications or injuries. We will create a client portfolio to monitor your future progress.

2. Physical Assessment - You will be entitled to a 30-minute 1:1 PT session personalised from the personal profile to allow the coach to analyse and assess your capability while also delivering a training session, this makes it easy for us to adjust programming for you in the future if we need to.  

3. Nutritional Guidance - This is optional whether you feel you need to improve your diet, the coaches will guide you through detailed advice on nutrition or any questions you have regarding via face to face, zoom or phone call.

 

4.  Evaluation  - Once we have completed the steps above, we will have a check-in to ensure you're happy with your own progress and the service provided, by this point you will be well on your way with the membership.
